“Excellent guide Dana. No other travellers with us, so we ended up with a private tour guide. No complaints with that. Our guide did not know we had paid in advance, so had to check with base. Picked up at hotel but driver had not been given correct information. Thought he was driving us around for 6 hours. After he checked with base , he found he had to take us to the start point to meet our guide. So a couple of minor issues but we had an excellent day.”

“We have used viator for tours all over the world and this was the WORST EVER! This city is beautiful and there are so many sites to see but the tour guide was surly and impatient. The tour started in a van. The microphone did not work. She was informed immediately and did nothing about it! She did not increase her voice an/or turn her head to assure we could hear. Each site was rushed and she brushed off questions for those on the tour as if they were an annoyance. I strongly encourage seeing this city but not with this guide.”
